Stephen has over 28 years
experience in project management of drilling operations, various geotechnical
applications, and environmental remediation programs and assessments. Specific
experience has included large-scale UST remediation, toxic waste management and
remediation, contamination dispersion modeling, and in-situ bioremediation of
soil and groundwater. Prior to forming The PanTerra Group in 1993, Steve
consulted as a Hydrogeologist on various projects in Texas, Arizona, and Florida. Steve is a licensed Geologist with the
Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists and a member of the North Texas Association of Environmental Professionals (NTAEP). A sampling
